If you have wanted to have a million questions answered, concerning how to start and run a bed and breakfast, then you have come to the right place! Along with enjoying a very pleasant stay at an actual, operating Bed and Breakfast, you can see our business in action, and consider if it seems like something you'd like to do!

Come by yourself, as a couple, or in a group.
We can accommodate 6 - 8 folks overnight and up to 20 in a larger group workshop.
Whatever your needs, we will try to meet them!

3 Workshop Options: (Each option includes a 287-page workbook to take home with you!)

  1. One Night Option
    Arrive ~ 4 PM
    Get settled. Go for a tasty, relaxing meal, come back ready to learn! Have 2 - 3 hours of lively discussion, using handouts, trying to answer all your questions.
    Breakfast ~ 8 AM. Then, enjoy ~three hours of informative interactions, using handouts to guide the discussions.
    Lunch - (at a restaurant of your choice)
    Afternoon Session - lasting 2 - 4 hours, depending on your specific interests and needs. (Snacks included)

  2. Two Night Option
    Same as One Night Option, except add more free time to see local sites, such as Shaker Village, Old Fort Harrod, Area Wineries, the Kentucky Horse Park, etc.
    Evening Session - Get some hands-on cooking in the kitchen, as you help prepare a yummy coffee cake and egg casserole for breakfast!
    Second Breakfast - Help serve yourself your own breakfast, & more! Then, relax until noon, taking time to digest all you've learned!

  3. Day-long Workshop
    Arrive by 8:30 AM.
    You'll be ready to leave by 7 PM!
    Enjoy eight hours of fun, invigorating possibilities packed into one day! Time out for lunch at a local restaurant. Snacks and workbook are included.

Cost:
$100/person; $125/couple
Room rate is: $89/night, with gourmet breakfast included, along with snacks!
